Thanks to everyone who came and saw our gigs at Fairbridge Folk Festival. The last time I was there was five years ago and in that time the Festival has grown a lot larger. Happily its done so in a good way. Its very much a family event now. Louie Prez played two sets on the two large stages and we revelled in the music together with the audience. I ended up on Sunday night on the verandah of Doug’s accom with Festival director Steve Barnes (I discovered he’s a very good guitarist) and others listening to music and jamming until the early hours. Priceless stuff.
We shot video of the two concerts and as I find time over this next week I’ll watch it and post some clips on youtube and embed them in the site. Stay tuned.
